Selection Procedure
The recruitment is conducted bi-annually.
The advertisement is given in employment news all over India, both in Hindi as well as in English.
The recruitment is conducted in eight centre all over India,viz New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta, Vizag, Kochi, New Mangalore and Goa..
The shortlisted candidates are called for selection tests at centre of their choice.
The candidates are subjected to written test. Those who qualify the written test undergo interview.
The qualified candidates are to undergo medical examination. If qualified they are selected as per merit list.

Scale of Pay : Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2400

Serving Defence Personnel are to apply through proper channel. Central/State Government employees should also apply through Heads of Departments. Attested copies (not returnable) of certificates as proof of age, educationall qualifications including statement of marks, caste certificate (if SC, ST, OBC), NCC, Sports and a self-addressed (unstamped) envelop of size 25x10 cms are to be attached with the application.
