The filled applications in the prescribed format should be send to Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069 so as to reach on or before 3-12-2009. Fee Rs.50/- payable in the form of Central Rectt. Fee Stamps only to be affixed on application form. No fee for Sc/ST/PH candidates
