How to apply

Application should be made on good quality white A-4 size plain paper and should be in conformity with the format prescribed in proforma given overleaf. Candidates are advised to ensure that the application is legible, preferably typed in English or Hindi only. The Candidate’s Name, Address with Pin Code, Date of Birth should be written legibly in English in bold capital letters, even if a Candidate fills-in application form in Hindi. The Application and the outer cover should be super scribed as “Post No. _______ Name of the Post & Discipline _________________________ against Advertisement No. HWB/01/2009”. A recent passport size photo graph should be affixed on the right hand top corner of the application. One additional copy of passport size photograph should also be sent along with the application. Attested copies of certificates of Educational / Technical qualification (supported by appropriate mark sheets indicating the subject offered at the examinations), Date of birth proof, Certificates issued by the Competent Authority regarding their claim that they belong to SC,ST or OBC [i) Non-Creamy Layer ii) Validity certificate should have been issued within 3 years] in the prescribed proforma. 1. Technical Officer-C (Mining) (02 Posts General)
Pay Band : Rs.15,600-39,100 + Rs.5400 Grade Pay
Qualifications : Degree in Mining Engineering from Recognised University/Institution with minimum 60% marks in aggregate and First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

2. Scientific Assistant-B (Physics) (03 Posts, (SC-01, General–02))
Qualifications :- B.Sc. with Maths, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Note:- Candidates with Post-Graduate degree are not considered, hence need not apply.

3. Scientific Assistant-B (Chemistry) 04 (ST-01, General - 03)

6. Scientific Assistant-B (Survey) 04 (SC-01; OBC-01; GEN -02)
Qualifications:-
Diploma in (3 years course after SSC) from a recognized institution with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Candidates with experience in Survey will be given preference.
Note: Candidates with Degree in Engineering qualification are not considered, hence need not apply.

7. Scientific Assistant-B (Mine Survey.02 (General)
Qualifications :-
Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years course after SSC) from a recognised institution with minimum 60% marks in aggregate and with Mines Survey Competency Certificate in metalliferous Mines (Unrestricted).
Note: Candidates with Degree in Engineering qualification are not considered, hence need not apply.

Payscale: Rs.9,300-34,800 + Rs.4200/- Grade Pay

Age Limit : up to 27 Years as on 1.7.2009.
